We were assisted by Jay. He helped us the whole time we were there, checking if items were in stock and personally searching the store for things we were interested in. He was very kind and patient. After finding some items we sat with the GM who tried find the best deals for us. I’m very happy about the service that was provided and can’t wait for the furniture to arrive!
The store carries lots of choice of furniture . From modern to classic traditional style . We found our modern sofa , bed frames, and coffee table here before our house is due. Later when me & my husband changed our floor color , we had to come back to marlos to switch the coffee table color 5 months before they are scheduled to be delivered. Manager Maddy was very patient and helpful . He did the professional job switching out fast . Sales associate Kevin was very detail oriented friendly and helpful through our our shopping experience.
We were happily greeted by Jay when we walked in who helped us the whole 2.5 hours we were there, checking if items were in stock and personally searching the store for items that could suit us. He was extremely friendly and funny. Then we sat with the general manager who was kind enough to find the best deals for us and share his expertise which guided our purchases. We left making two great purchases and enjoying the experience along the way. We will be returning!
Frustrating cause if you looking for say a dining room table..... you have to walk this massive store.. so we leftnUpdate.... no change... no organization. No sections.nThe biggest frustration was the prices.. 50% off sale. B.S. so they jacked the prices up from the previous listed price ,then offered 50 off. Sales are meant to be off retail prices. We shopped the price and found the exact same furniture at a department store located at Lake Forest mall for less than half .nToday's customers are educated and playing with prices just sends them elsewhere..... furthermore this place with there lack of organization and having furniture scattered everywhere makes this a handicap persons nightmare.
This place has great looking furniture but NOT worth the long wait along with the price. The wait time was suppose to be 2-12 weeks. I ordered a dresser back in September ... I am not getting it until February. The least they can do is offer free delivery if not delivered within the 2-12 week time frame. Would NOT recommend
