They were great. I went there from Atlanta. They Worked real fast today. I was there by 10:15 and submitted my documents by 10:45. Was supposed to pick them up from 2-3pm.nBut they expedited the process n handed my documents by 1pm. Now I am on my way to Atlanta
Overall a good experience. Came here to submit MRP renewal application. Work was done within a couple of hours.nnStuff was friendly.nnMan's washroom was out of service. I noticed all the parking in front was permit only. If you have someone with you who can sit in the car, you may park in front of the embassy!nnThere is only one hotel in walking distance, Days Inn, which I do not recommend.
I went there on Jan 29th, 2021 for passport renewal. I was kind of worried since I read a few horrible reviews about the embassy, most of them about some rude receptionist lady. Luckily, my experience was completely opposite. My renewal form submission went very smoothly and they were super friendly and helpful. Usually my every encounter with government officials have been negative so far. It's really refreshing to finally see a friendly and efficient government office. That being said, they still rarely answer phone calls or return emails. Subtracted one star for that.
I love my Bangladesh Embassy. Their service is good and they are very much helpful. It is so good to talk in Bengali with my embassy people
The customer service people should get at least some training before coming here. Absolutely no sense how to talk with people. I feel pity for them as they didn't learn anything from family.
