Embassy of Ethiopia employees should take at least basic customer service training because they Never answer ,or response phone calls, hasn't voice mail options, never give feedback to customers and seems like don't worry about their duties. I wish I could provide volunteer if they allow me to be involved

Phone calls are not answered, the website is substandard, the Visa can be improved a lot more etc. etc. Operating within the most advanced economy in the world should have impacted the way the embassy runs itself. I wonder how it managed to block any positive technology/efficiency spill over. What a disappointment !
No one answers phone calls, and even if you get connected employees are so unprofessional and lack customer service experiences. They sound that their job is part-time which they don't care much about.
I applied for online passport renewal 3 month ago and I never received it still now. I have contacted online passport renewal service agent for the last two month, each and every week, an fortunately nothing has changed. Online passport renewal service agent; MERON multiple times said that she is reporting the situation but she is wasting my time and she is not doing anything. The USPS gave me a report that shows they never received the package. And the online passport renewal service agent refused to give me any document that shows if the embassy shipped it or not.Now the Q is where is my passport ? Please someone say something ? I paid $160 for it.
