Bread is great and friendly customer service. Arrived at 9 am on a Sunday. Did not preorder so I was disappointed but not surprised that taro bun, roast pork bun, red bean bun, scallion bun, etc. were unavailable at opening. The lady ahead of me did not get any roast pork buns but got some scallion-and-hot-dog buns. I was told everything would be available at noon. The owner steered me to the taro bread, which was like a giant taro bun and some lotus seed moon cakes. Very delicious. Owner said that if I pre-ordered on the website then I would be guaranteed those items for pick up. That sounded very reasonable to my logic. I debated whether to do that but thought my best bet was to come early. She mentioned that giving them about 24 hours notice would guarantee availability.nnThe taro bread was very soft and delicious and very much appreciated by all of us. Tastes authentic to me.

Softest roll cakes I've ever eaten. Also the almond cake was good. So good and not overly sweet. Will definitely return here again and again. Three thumbs up! Can't wait to try out the other cakes! :)

It’s very good, including the drinks, except the green tea items are a little bitter for my taste. They also used to have good sales but that was removed in favor of points systems, which was very difficult to handle. So I mainly buys them from the supermarket and it still is awesome. My parents love the cakes from there because it is not too sweet, and the fillings between the layer hits the spot for me. Personally, I prefer a bit of coconut pieces but hey, still better than what I make.
