Our dealings with Sparkle during the 10(+) years since they installed our pool have been stellar. All aspects, from initial installation, any minor repair/replacement, periodic service, and seasonal openings/closings have been courteous, timely, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new pool or service on an existing pool. I read some of the negative review comments and I wonder if we're talking about the same company?? I stand solidly by Sparkle's performance!
Sparkle Pools Denton recently installed our pool and so far so good. We couldn't be happier. I truly can not say enough about how satisfied we are with the process. Every phone call and E-mail was returned promptly. Gary, Brad, Ray, Joe and their team are terrific. We are looking forward to the many good memories we'll make with our grandchildren. I would highly recommend them.
I want to take this time to thank Gary and Brad and the contractors from Sparkle Pools. They were the most professional employees you have. From the estimate to the building of my pool. The service was exceptional. The pool is absolutely beautiful. They promised me a beautiful pool and they provided. They made me feel confident that it would be done as I wanted and they did that. Thank you again for a wonderful job. If you want a pool built I would recommend Sparkle Pools to anyone.
First rate pool company in every aspect. From sales to intallation this is a great organization. This being our first in ground pool, we've had many questions on the maintenance and they have been great every step of the way. Will recommend Sparkle Pools to anyone looking for a pool. Thank you all.
I had Sparkle install a vinyl in ground pool in July 2019. I noticed this year 4 or 5 settlement indents In the shallow end where the ground under neath the vinyl has disappeared and nothing is securing the vinyl. Their first technician crew came out and said they would need to empty the water in a “bladder” to repair under the liner the settlement issue and then the water collected in the “bladder” will be put back in the pool. A week later their service company called and said they don’t do that anymore and instead a technician would come out to “work” out the settlement problems. They said I had a high water table which is the problem. My pool is built on a hill - when they installed my pool and dug the pool which has an 8ft deep end they hit no water. Their technician came out said he repaired it. I entered my pool the next day and found them not repaired within 2 min of entering. I contacted them - and they told me the “boss” said they won’t come back out. I contacted another pool company who told me this not the standard and it shouldn’t happen in a year old pool. They told me they couldn’t repair it and I would have to go back to the people that installed it which Sparkle Pools said they won’t. Now I have to contact an attorney to get this resolved. Don’t use sparkle pools to install your pool they won’t stand by their work!
