Been there twice & each time I hoped would get better but it doesn't. Went in for acrylic refill. Nails were filed crooked, did not match length with other hand so every nail was different sizes, painted globs, did not take any time to clean cuticles. I almost walked out after Steven machine filed my old gel polish off and had snide remarks about having to many coats of color, then threw Emory board down in front of me when I asked to even crooked nails. So I had to file my own nails to even the really bad ones. Not going back!
Pedicure was wonderful, full set was painful and broke easily. I was charged 140$ for a40$ Pedicure and full set that's usually 45$ hmmm

I only been here twice and each time I come I get unfriendly service! The techs do not even smile! They do your nails and brows like robots and don't even try to make rapport with customers! One time I went in and a guy did my nails very roughly. He did not even care that I was saying ouch! I told him that I like my eyebrows to stay thick and when he was done and I looked in the mirror I almost cried! My eyebrows were unfortunately thin. I liked shape of the brow but that is not what I asked for! Please do not go here if you want gentle and caring service!
