Google is reporting as temporarily closed but IT'S WRONG! They're definitely open for business! Awesome service! Even during Covid-19!
I wouldn't even given 1 star if that had been an option. They had to come on several occasions for the same issue because it wasn't fixed right the first couple of times they came out. We were told we would receive an itemized bill in the mail for services. Never received anything, but they charged $578 to our bank card without any notice. This is unethical. I am more than happy to pay my bill when I receive it, but taking that much money out of someone's bank account with no warning is wrong!!!!!!! Will NEVER use them again.
I had called on Friday inquiring of service to have my liner track looked at. They called this am, met my needs to come on my lunch hour to look at and determine what needed to be done. David was very kind, informative, and there when I arrived. I had called another company that was recommended by another Pool source, over a week ago, they still have not returned my call. I have used Robin Ewing pools for products in the past, and for other service, will continue to recommend them and use them for my needs. I am most grateful and thankful for their kindness, and quick responses. Patty has always been a very kind and efficient customer service rep as well. Again, thank you all for your kindness, it is APPRECIATED!
