My experience at California nails was terrible I mean terrible. Honestly... They were super super rude!! I'll never go back again!! the only thing I liked it was there was nobody in their men one of the woman.so they definitely don't get the business they used to.their stores in the mall when I used to be shopping and pass by there that will be so many people you would have to sit down in the chair and wait and do the next person is done but today it was a ghost town.
I love my city and they nail shops but this one nail shop that gots to do better. they be rushing on your nails, they be talking bout in dey lil language, and they very rude.
They were quick and polite. A couple of my nails got smudged but im pretty sure it was my fault
I went in for my first time and showed the picture of what I wanted. I was not impressed by the result. The polish has many air pockets, and the coverage is bare. The customer service is nice but very poor quality. I’m going again in maybe a month and hopefully it will be a better experience if not, then I won’t return ever.
I went in for a pedicure yesterday and selected the $27 package. I had four toes done with acrylic nails. I was charged $52. My feet look worse than before I went in. My skin is pealing and my feet look horrible. You can tell I have acrylic toe nails on my four toes. Absolutely horrible. I'm so imberessed of my feet today that I have on close toe shoes. I don't recommend this place at all. Pedicure is 27 but I was charged 52. SMH
