Had my first experience shopping and online ordering here not the best experience. I stood in line for more than thirty minutes only to find out I was in the wrong line. I wished there would have been more details for where to go for online pick ups. Sad to say even the gentleman in front of me was looking for the same service which means more into for where to go should be added to email. So far as the products everything was perfect.

Went in Monday, 1/18/2021, to buy moisturizer for me,nand perfume for a birthday gift The young lady that was working (did not see any other workers) was very helpful. She showed me 2 or 3 different brands of moisturizers and was very knowledgeable about the products. She informed me about how many points that I have, and what I could redeem.nI did not get the young lady name, Wish that I would have gotten it, so I could add it to my comments, and thank her again.

Loved the store and the staff. We were able to buy a suit for 50% off and my husband is very happy with the quality.

This store has been better. Today the Levi's section was kind of chaotic. Sizes and styles were mixed up and it turned into a treasure hunt. Mildly frustrating to say the least. The biggest surprise was that no employee addressed me at any time until I checked out.

Had my first experience with online order with store pick-up. Took over 10 days to arrive at store. Had to stand in line at check-out to request pick-up which took 20 minutes. The lady went back to get my order along with someone else's order. She could not find mine. I asked if it could be at jewelry, so she told me to go there which I did. Only 2 ladies working jewelry counters and they both had customers. I found a manager that was able to help me. Took 40 minutes to pick-up. My order was not fine jewelry, which instructions stated pick-up up fine jewelry at jewelry. Hope, they can improve pick-up time.
