Liked the fact it is pet friendly! Room with kitchen suite was nice, bed was comfortable, and good shower. Did not like that the wifi to access TV is iffy, and there was NO breakfast provided due to covid. This was NOT updated on the website. When asked, was told they probably will start again around May, and then individually packed? Uh, why can't that be done now? At least provide wrapped muffins or similar. Coffee is terrible and the concierge was unattended in the evening, so couldn't purchase snacks.
Very friendly staff. House keeping is doing a great job keeping up with everyone checked. (About half the hotel is full of people whose homes were damaged in the storm).
Live this place great location, by the local mall great service rooms a clean, staff is professional and welcoming.
Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, definitely worth the extra bucks vs other ones
First of all, the front desk staff was great. The woman we dealt was so pleasant. (we checked in the early evening of 11/30). The reason for 1 Star is because the bathroom was gross. We had mold on our shower curtain. After driving for 10 hours, you want a nice clean bathroom and shower to end your day and this wasn't the case. Very disappointed I wasted my Marriott points for this stay.
