Very crooked extremes charges for utilities and water I barely use i work 12 hrs a day and my bills are still over 300 hundred dollars every month I rather Cleco over these cons!

We had a power outage on Mildred this morning. I called it in at 6:15 a.m.. We had lights back on at 6:40 a.m. Great job guys....thanks!

The employees are always so disrespectful.. I'm sorry, is me needing you to do your job an inconvenience for you. And apparently they don't answer the phone after 3:30.

Not only have they overcharged me for 3 months worth of bills, but now that I’ve moved away their too incompetent to take off the deposit from my final bill! I will be calling them, but I suggest that anyone that has the time to go there in person or move to Pineville. I never had this problem with Cleco!!!
