Was looking for a new salon as we weren't happy with the one we were using. This one is pretty close to my neighborhood so I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! Fern did an amazing job with my hair and brows. She did exactly what I asked for and was really sweet and easy to talk to. I usually am quiet and awkward with new people but felt totally comfortable there. I left feeling and looking great. Will definitely be going back. Couldn't be happier.

I was a walk-in a couple of months ago at The Salon. The lady who usually does my hair was busy so a girl named Haley Howell did my hair. Mind you I only needed a touch up on my roots and a cut and eyebrow wax. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! She ended up BLEACHING (not coloring) my WHOLE HEAD!! And she left it in way longer than she should have because my hair is so brittle now, it's falling out!!! My cut was uneven and when she waxed my eyebrows, so much skin came off with the hair that there were spots where I was bleeding! I cried for days but luckily found a new salon that fixed me up. DO NOT LET HALEY HOWELL TOUCH YOUR HAIR!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SHOP!!!
