Truly a wonderful shopping experience. The staff treated me like family from the moment I walked in and they were extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. I never felt pressured into buying and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Big box stores will never have the customer service skills of small hometown stores like this!
Wonderful place to shop. The attractive female that works in the front was a pleasure to talk to and knew all the specs about every item. Quite the dear over the phone. To tell on myself her looks was a factor into why I purchased a trash compactor. Being from out of town, they offered free delivery and setup which is a life saver being a single dad with 6 kids. Can’t recommend this place enough!

A wonderful down home appliance store. Mr. Phil and all his employees are so kind, knowledgeable and really go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for.nnEven after purchasing, I had an issue with my dishwasher (user error) and they walked me thru what I needed, gave me the parts number and in detail explained exactly how to fix it and prevent it from happening in the future.
