I don't come this way often, but as a IHG member, I try to support the brand as often as I'm able. However, not so sure I'll be coming back here. Check in was today. Didn't get thanked for being a member, but the worst part was when I went to put a jug of partially frozen iced tea into the freezer, there was a container of something in there left from a previous guest.nnI picked it up, took it down to the front desk and asked if they had a trash can. I then suggested that their cleaning crew should probably look into the freezer when they clean a room. The two girls behind the desk just kind of looked at me and then asked if I'd found that in the freezer. No kidding? No apology, nothing.....
Staff is very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Our work truck got broke into and thieves stole a bunch of tools, but the staff was helpful and everything was on camera so nothing bad to say about this hotel.
Room was great except for my coffee pot having a very old coffee pack still in the coffee pot which was very Nasty and mildew. Breakfast area was closed due to Covid-19 which is understandable so the front desk clerk had to pour my morning coffee which bring it back to my coffee pot in my room was Very Nasty... Covid-19 People (CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN)
This place is great real cozy and comfort up to date I'll go back
Friendly employees, clean room and comfort bed, breakfast is great with Denise the cook.
