This place is something else the pictures are amazing but when you get here it’s totally different. I’m disabled I called down to the front desk and ask for another blanket she told me I can come down and get it. 03/27/2021 at 10:50pmnI asked her to bring up she said, she could live the front desk.nI paid my money for good customers service and this is how you treat customers with disability. Please find a different hotel . I Will be calling corporate.
The 1st room wasn't clean and there was a dead bug stuck to the wall. The second room was clean but the refrigerator door handle was missing and it was old with small rust spots on the outside of the refrigerator. The cabinet was broken inside. I didn't want to sleep there. They refunded me my money.
Thus far I am pleased as of arrival on yesterday. They are as they advertise: smoke free and compliant with covid protocol. Unlike other 100% smoke free Quality Suites downtown. The smoke aroma there was unbearable! Had to get out of there.nnChris here at Woodspring was awesome. Went beyond the call of duty! Such a comfortable atmosphere here!
