My stay was Excellent!!! The hotel is super clean!!! All hotel staff showed great customer service. Especially NATALIE!!! She assisted me so well with a charge correction on my receipt. She has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and was effective in following through until my needs were met!!! I believe she has an upper level position as the hotel, which shows. She absolutely deserves it!!! It's one thing to be friendly to a customer, but it's an even greater thing to FOLLOW THROUGH with that friendliness. The other lady corrected my receipt but DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. I waited approximately 45 minutes, but never received my confirmation via email as requested. When I called back, I was able to speak with Natalie. She confirmed that the change was made and that she would email my confirmation receipt. She stayed on the phone with me until I received my confirmation via email as requested. 100% SATISFIED CUSTOMER
Great hotel. Very good breakfast. Indoor pool is a huge plus. Staff needs some training. When a problem came up at checkout it took over 25 minutes to fix it. I will stay there again. Other than checkout I was very happy with my stay.
