Called local Reservations instead of using the App to request a room away from the Interstate. So, I checkin and I get....a room on the second floor right next to I-210. So close, might as well have my bed on the shoulder of the Highway. Oh, in case you didn’t know, 18 wheelers roaring by at all hours just to enhance the experience. So much for accommodating requests from their frequent travelers.

This location needs improvement in their costumer service. I requested single bed they gave me a double bed, which is fine but later on they said I need to check out for few days because they need the double bed room.They did nothing to accommodate me. I may never come back to this location.nNote: their cleaning services are awesome

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was impeccable. The Housekeeping manager put extra blankets and towels in the room. I didn't even ask

I have been a gold elite member for 7 years and wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me. I was put on the floor with everyone from the Hurricane that hit Lake Charles months and months ago. There’s cots and pillows propped up at the end of the hall, pretty sure that’s against fire code. There were two yappy dogs all day/all night and kids running up and down the hall. When I called downstairs to ask for this to stop, the response was “they’ve been here for over 170 days because of the hurricane.” Ummm, does that give other guests the right to disrespect the rights of others and privacy? Not in my world!

Everything was quite clean and cozy my only complaint was there could have been more channels on TV. It did have netflix and basic channels though.
