Getting ready to call the BBB, the news, and ANYONE else who will listen. These people are great as long as they are getting your money. If you have a problem NO ONE can help you. The general manager John dodges phone calls like a pro. Does he even exist? Noone will call you back. Spent over $8,000 at this store, just got appliances delivered. The delivery guys would not put caster on the portable dishwasher and pushed it against the wall to conceal a massive dent in the appliance which we discovered the next day. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR CORPORATION. THEY WILL SCREW YOU.

This is a great place for local hardware. I got a 5 gallon tree in-store for $50 less than online price. We're always in here getting stuff for our house. Really nice staff.
