Very knowledgeable staff. They were able to track down the living room I needed and even set it up for me on delivery. The management made sure I understood the contract and explained everything clearly. Will definitely make my next purchase with them as well.
Definitely recommend this place . Paul the manager was able to help me with my down payment options and even gave me 12 months same as cash during black friday. Great group of guys
I BELIEVE THIS IS THE WAY THIS STORE OPERATE SO THAT YOU (THE CUSTOMER) ARE FORCED TO PAY THE FULL LEASE AMOUNT, INSTEAD OF SAME AS CASH. THAT IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW UPSET I AM. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UNIFORMED. I TRUSTED THAT I WAS GETTING GOOD SERVICE. I NEVER WOULD HAVE ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT IF I THOUGHT I NEEDED TO DO MY OWN CALCULATIONS ON A CONTRACT THAT YOUR COMPANY WAS DRAWING UP. I NO LONGER WANT TO DO BUSINESS YOU BUDDY'S HOME FURNISHING, I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO BE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND LETTING ANY SOCIAL MEDIA KNOW THAT THIS STORE, WILL SET YOU UP TO DEFAULT ON YOUR CONTRACT.
Very friendly men who know what they are doing and can give you all the information needed about their merchandise. The prices are reasonable and if anything messes up they try and make sure that it is fixed or replaced until further notice. I highly recommend this store with the great people who work here.
A few weeks ago I went to this store for a couch. The Manager was helpful in getting me the right one. And the delivery guy was very nice. All around great service
