Went in FOUR TIMES trying to get REFILLS for heart worm medications for two dogs and they still hadn't contacted my vet with the correct refill requests and said that they don't call doctors if there is confusion after telling me that they would take care of it. Finally called the doctor myself and she said that she only got one fax for one dog. Tried to politely convey my frustration to the pharmacist, but he refused to take any responsibility, blaming me and my vet. Most doctors want you to go through the pharmacy for refills, apparently this doesn't work at Walmart.
Incompetent and rude. I understand that you aren't originally from the United States but do not get nasty and rude with me when I can't understand a word you are saying....this goes for the pharmacist and the 2 techs. I transferred my entire family to Publix where customer service actually matters. Thanks for being rude to us and making us feel like we don't matter.
They are always friendly, fast and responsive.
