I use the online mobile ordering to make... ordering easier on everyone. It seems, however, that the sticker with the drink details are never read in completion. Whip cream is never added and my drink is never made with almond milk. PLEASE READ THE STICKER WHEN PREPARING. This saves everyone time from making a new correct order.
Fresh donunts
went for a late night hot chocolate with my friend and heard our laughs being mimicked by the employees. As we were leaving the employee said “bye. Don’t come back.” as if we couldn’t hear her. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from their employees. Maybe they should consider making a high school diploma a requirement for hire. Will not be coming back.
Ordering was quick and easy, although likely because I arrived at 5:15 am before any traffic showed up. This place gets pretty busy throughout the morning but you can always just walk inside and order if you don't feel like waiting in the drive-thru line. My order was made correctly and my muffin/bagel thing was delicious. I don't normally work mornings like that so having a convenient Dunkin' right next to UNG is great.
One of the better Dunkin' stores for sure, they do a good job, far better than most of the ones I frequent.
