No phone call answered 3x today. No call back received from Monday (it's Thursday) when I arrived at 6:55 closed and see they recently changed to closing at 7pm. Poor:-(
Tico and Chris are great! They put me 100% first on getting myself set up for a new account. I will def be back!!
Pamela and Elizabeth were super helpful. I was getting a simcard for my daughter's new smart watch and eventhough it was an off-brand, they staid on the phone with Tmobile 's customer support/account maintenance people until they figured out why the card was not working. 2+ hours. That kind of dedication to customer service is rarely seen these days.

The representatives are amazing. I drove almost an hour to get to the store & it was well worth it. Definitely recommend this location.
