I have called and called and nobody wont pick up the phone like ughhh
This lady Ayana acted rude the whole time we were there. She disregarded any of our request and questions and did what she wanted without consulting us. She lied about the prices and fees. While we were in the store two other people come in and she complete offer them a different deal from what she offer us and what was advertised. Horrible service from her. They guy that works there was good, but any good he tried to do was immediately undone by Ayana due to her being the boss.
The girl who was working today was extremely rude! She was guarding the door outside while smoking a cigarette and my husband needed help with his phone he bought and she rudely said can't come in, no mask. But yet, she didn't have a mask on either. We went to the one on Watson and they were wearing a mask and had no problem helping him and of course we kept the respectful distance. It would have been different if she knew basic customer service skills and maybe said it nicely. But she was too worried about talking on the phone and her smoke break. Go to the one on Watson Blvd!
The gentleman working the counter was extremely helpful and thoughtful! Traveling from south Florida and bought a new phone in minutes!
Lydia and Paulina are awesome! Since my husband and I have been in GA, we have been to a few different locations, but NONE of them compare to the service we get from Lydia and Paulina every time we walk through the door. Always friendly, smiling, helpful and will get you the best deal possible. Thank you ladies for all the help over the last couple years!
