Massage For Health and Day Spa

Been here twice already. Great day spa in Federal Way. Love it here! I always leave feeling relaxed. Jackie did a really good job and i would gladly recommend her. Thumbs up!

I do not recommend giving this “spa” your business! There are many other better options in the federal way area! The owner and the office manager are completely rude! I had been a customer for a decade and came in for many different services over the years. I was treated so horribly by the office manager when they didn’t read the notes on my online booking. It’s a very long story and they were completely unjustified to treat me so horrible! It’s been a year and I still cannot believe how I was treated here! It was that bad!!! I promise you will find a better/nicer/classier spa than MFHDS! I’m a business owner myself and would never in a million years treat a loyal customer like Suzanne treated me! Disgusting!

Best massage ever

Went in there to get a gift certificate at about 9:30 am. To my surprise no one was there when they were supposed to be open at 9am.nWas gonna spend $220 on a gift certificate for my wife, however If I can't count on these peeps to be open when they are suppose to, I'll take my business elsewhere. So should you....

Tess helped my back feel better when I could barely walk or roll over in bed without sharp pain. I always have a great experience here and everyone is friendly. The decor feels lush and comfortable.
