I just wanted to share with everyone that Federal Way Muscular Therapy follows all safety rules and regulations concerning Covid-19. Wearing masks, keeping 6 feet apart, cleaning after every patient, both the lobby and private treatment rooms, screening patients and allowing patients to cancel if they are not feeling well. It is in our best interest to keep all of our employees and all our patients safe and confident that we are a very safe place to receive a Medical Massage. We have our staff get tested and have been extremely careful during this very difficult time.

Rating one star for poor safety and health regulation. The employees here (healthcare workers included) were not required to get tested for COVID before working again after shut down. VERY unsafe and NOT okay. Also, NOT everyone in the facility was required to wear a face mask at the time. And this was upon reopening. Shame on this establishment for putting patients and it’s hard working massage therapists at risk. The owner needs to seriously be checked.
