AMAZING! Renata and Roger once again did an outstanding job of bringing our idea to life! They’d built us quite the custom closet a few months ago, so we turned to them to create our unusual wall unit. Romer, skilled at millwork, and his helper Umberto completed the installation. When they had to make some on-site adjustments, they quickly worked it out with help from the office. Closet Factory is a definite recommend!

Closet Factory called to cancel an appointment less than 2 hours before my free consultation. That’s right....My very FIRST appointment was cancelled. It’s no coincidence that today is a holiday (MLK) and I just confirmed Friday at 5pm. Rather than have a back up plan, they offered to reschedule stating “something came up with the designer”. Why exactly would I reschedule? If they feel comfortable canceling an appointment I confirmed 48 hours ago, I can only imagine how their work ethic is and what else would need to be rescheduled. This is indicative of the lack of importance they have for potential clients. I understand things happen but I planned my day around this service. They didn’t even offer a virtual consult, only to reschedule. That’s just poor business practice to fail to have a back up designer in case “emergencies” happen. Unfortunately, I will have to reach out to other closet companies who have better business practices in place and who don’t waste my time.

From my first meeting with Marjorie, my entire experience was just wonderful. She is a thoughtful and creative designer who was able to maximize my closet potential. She helped me pick the perfect details and finishing touches to make the closet functional and beautiful. I love the crown molding and the pivot mirror, but favorite has to be the valet rod for organizing and packing. I now have plenty of room for my clothes and accessories. I would never have believed how much space was wasted in the old design. The installation crew was equally wonderful. Roberto was so precise and careful. I am so pleased with my new closet.

Update to my previous review the owner did call and apologized for their error with my appointment. I decided to go with them as their warranty was better and the pricing was similar to the other companies

We worked with closet factory to install a custom closet in our master bedroom. I simply can not say enough about this experience! From the sales team, to the design, and the installation, every piece was seamless. The Closet Factory team made this an easy, stress free experience, and worked to accommodate my husband and I's busy schedules. They were personal, punctual, and knowledgeable. On the day of installation, I was impressed by the quality and timeliness of the work, and the fact that they were so willing to go above and beyond. We needed a few extra shelves and the gentleman installing them asked if he might bring them back to the shop and return to install them. He explained that the onsite tools wouldn't get the pieces as perfect as he would prefer them to be. I sincerely appreciated this attention to detail. The sale and design team continued to follow up with us on the results and the process overall, showing us that they are vested in their clients. I have already recommended Closet Factory to several friends and coworkers, and would continue to do so. They are FANTASTIC and were the best price for the best quality in town.
