Described where my pain resided etc.nI disrobed down to “where I felt Comfortable”. The therapist used cupping techniques on an IB band on my leg and other hand techniques on my feet, ankles, neck, head and elbow.nnI felt like a brand new person after only 30 minutes!nnI will be definitely back.
Awesome massage from friendly and reliable staff. April always does a wonderful job. She has become a great friend since I started seeing her over a year ago. She is very skilled at different techniques and types of massage. I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, clean and professional. I probably get about 40 massages a year so I'm quite picky :) Give Serenity a try, you won't be disappointed.

Latoya is AWESOME. She seems to have a highly intuitive sense about massage: -- To my mind, her massage is like experiencing a REALLY great yoga instructor that sequences possess in ways that naturally flow together like a dance -- so you leave a massage with Latoya feeling wholly BALANCED --like every part of your body fits together in perfect unison- seamlessly and calmly. Her workspace is peaceful and a pleasure to spend time in. -- Plan to arrive early enough to enjoy a cup of tea in one of the comfy chairs in the sunny windows on the second floor landing.
