All of the sales associates were knowledgeable and welcoming. We felt so comfortable and like family when we left. Austin and Frank were great with our questions and getting us in the right bed for our needs. I highly recommend shopping at this store!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable
We had the best experience with Steve and Jason. They were incredibly funny and entertaining (something we never expected). They were experienced and very knowledgeable about the different models of sleep number beds and didn't push us toward the most expensive. They gave us space and information as well as a top notch comedy act. We highly recommend them.
I initially bought my split king size Sleep Number bed from this location almost 5 years ago. We finally sold it!nnThe Sales Associates at this location are friendly, but to be honest the bed is overrated! Most of the time when we went to the store they had to order what we were looking for. The bed is too overpriced. The sheets are expensive. Because my spouse and I sleep in different positions and was able to operate our sides of the beds differently it didn't allow us to cuddle very much because of the split in the middle.nnFinancing the bed was a nightmare! You can make additional payments on your account; however, you still had to pay the minimum payment every month regardless of any extra monies you put towards the balance. For the first year they required us to stay on automatic payments. So happy it's gone!
