Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly! I was also informed of their promotions and guided to what I was looking for. Samantha B was our sales associate. She was very respectful, had excellent knowledge, worked out all of our deals, and found the best solutions for us to not only save but not wait a long time. Highly recommended, to ask for her!! Ashley is an excellent place for quality, delivery times ( due to covid most stores have major delays), and this location, in particular, had a terrific staff with the best selection. Julia is the salesperson I worked with. She is really great. Very helpful and knows her furniture. I like that fact she is not in your face pressuring you to buy she is laid back and very helpful. Ashley has the best selections and the choice we made for our sectional is great.

**Be Advised** the reps and store manager will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to get you to buy. If you are unsatisfied with you order they will do everything they can to avoid providing a solution. Store says corporate handles returns, corporate says local store handles returns. Local employees state that they do not have a return policy/ do not accept returns but do not advise of this at time of purchase. Your better off ordering from Amazon, I’d avoid doing business with this company at all cost l.

Madison was wonderful!!! She is very knowledgeable and so fun to work with. She DEFINITELY knows her stuff. We did not purchase anything because we are months away from our closing date. But, we learned so much and saw some pieces we are interested in. Thank you again Madison for being so sweet to our familyud83dude0a.

On 3/12 we went to store and ordered 6 or 7 wall decor , art pieces , a console and a dining table. When we were at the store, we were told everything will be delivered during the week on 3/22 except the dining table which needs to be picked up from the Warehouse on the 3/24 (for which we agreed) And later when we visited to check to move the date to 3/27 for dining pick up, I was told that all the art pieces, wall decor and console are back ordered to 4/27.. The Dining table that we were supposed to be picked up 3/27 is now moved to 4/2. We gave away the one that we had thinking we would be getting the new one, but now that's been moved. Now we are having guests at home with NO Dining table.nnPlease set the expectation right with the Customer. If there is delay or the item is backordered, please be transparent and it will save everyone a lot of time.nnLuckily I was able to get all my ordered cancelled, but they are not happy when a customer calls to cancel. I had the first hand experience when the store received a call from a Customer to cancel an order. My humble request is please understand when passing comments about customer as there are other customers in the store.nnAll the best!!. Alpharetta store just lost a customer.
