Very happy with our 11 year old tempur so went into the flagship store. Amazing layout and experience.nFrances helped us pick out an amazing mattress, base, pillows and a headboard! We had a wonderful experience choosing our new mattress with Frances. She was patient, calm and knowledgeable. The show room is very impressive and gives the opportunity to try all mattress types, pillow types, etc. Shop is sanitary and covid-safe. Our 9 year old son actually fell asleep trying one of the mattresses! Highly recommend.
Joe, our salesperson at Avalon, was incredibly kind and informative about each mattress. We definitely tried every bed in the store. We were also grateful to take advantage of the generous Presidents’ Day sale! And can’t wait for our cooling mattress to arrive.
