I originally purchased a groupon for 6 Laser lipo treatments from Derma Laser Spas For $90 and when I called to schedule, they told me they had a deal for something called Zerona therapy that would be a better option for both weight and loss of inches around the waist. The woman at the desk told me Zerona therapy costed an additional $300 but promised results and told me that losing 2-3 inches off my waist was guaranteed. I told her I wanted to just try laser lipo but she insisted and told me zerona therapy would get rid of everything I was looking to rid of. I went ahead and purchased it I went to my first appointment and all went well. I didn’t feel as if the procedure was doing anything but I stayed optimistic. It was a super impersonal experience and my first time I wasn’t even instructed on what to do I had to tel them it was my first time. I walked in and told them my name and they pointed to a room and told me to go in and get ready but I didn’t even know what to do to get ready so I kinda just sat there until someone came in 10 min later. I went to My second treatment but by the time I got there they told me that they had to cancel due to the power outage. But they cancelled last minute and I had already driven up there. Whatever. I went home and attended 3 more treatments and saw 0 results. I followed all the directions they gave me carefully and still no results. I was down to my last 2 appointments but I missed my second to last one due to my tire blowing out on the highway. I called as soon as it happened but they didn’t seem to care about much besides the missed appointment fee that they were adamant about collecting which I understand but at the same time I didn’t give them grief when they cancelled on me and I had already come all the way there :) . They called me to schedule my last 2 and I communicated that I wasn’t thrilled with the results in hopes of looking for a little encouragement but they were again adamant about the missed appointment fee so much so to the point I just told them cancel the last 2 appointments. I had already spent $400 on a service that didn’t work at all and I didn’t wanna pay more. I feel like it should have been dismissed especially due to the fact that I was understanding with them. Butttttt my point in writing this is, don’t waste your money. Their treatments don’t work from what I have seen and experienced. After they collect their payment, they don’t care about your experience, whether you finish, your results, or the fact that u wasted your money. Go to the gym as many times as they try to schedule u and u will see more results than this. They just want a payment.

If you need to lose fat, this is great place to go! Both Morgan were friendly and very educated on procedures. I'll DEFINITELY will be back!

Very unprofessional and rude. I spoke with the owner Morgan about my treatment. I asked for a refund due to medical reasons and in the middle of me talking I was cut off. Morgan talked over me several times and I couldn’t get a word out. I did not have any treatments done and basically my money was stolen.nI recommend EVERYONE read the paperwork word for word before signing anything.

I was skeptical of trying laser treatment but based on the reviews and testimonials I gave it a try. Both Morgans that work at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable about the laser services. I was so pleased with the results from my first treatment that I decided to purchase a Zerona package. I would highly recommend Derma Laser Spas.
