There is no sandwich like the original! It's perfect every time I get it and the sourdough is just heavenly! They are few and far between, but worth the trip every time. My husband loves the cinnamon rolls and soups, but I like to keep it simple. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! ud83dude42

I live in this area and every time I go it’s literally the same... it’s a long line and they ask you to hold and they never come back to take the order.. Also, they ask you to pull down and wait even if no car is behind you... The food is okay but the service is poor, and they often forget what you order and then have to remake.. honestly I think they could do a lot better in the customer service department...... TBH

1st visit. But food was hot and delicious. Loved that they had different size portions of their sandwiches, so if you're really hungry, great place to go.

Very good food, love it that much that I wanted to go back, and in my second visit the person welcoming disapoints me.nThe customer service NEEDS IMPROVE, fresh face, smile, say hi, good welcoming, make people feel like you want and like them, etc, etc, simple.nThe customers make this places better.nYou guys already have what we need. Give the customers what they want, DO NOT FORCE THEM OFFERING MORE, because we can't eat everything in one visit, treat your customers WELL, charge us, for what we order, CHARGE US FOR WHAT WE ORDER and we'll be back for more and we'll spend more if that is what you want.

Had a pretty bad experience. I order a six pack of cinnamon rolls. A drink and some tots to enjoy on the way home. I was told “I’ll give your total at the window. “ I was given a total that I couldn’t hear. I gave my card. And never received it back. She then tried to give me items that were not mine and i told her “I think you have the wrong order. I had the six pack” I was charged for the wrong order. I brought that up and was given the excuse. “Well I told her the total. “ though I was told I’d be given a total at the window. There was no way for me to know the total before she told me. Which was not the biggest issue. I said I’ll pay for the other just tell the car to pay it forward. She was then told by a manager just charge them for something else and don’t tell them. Which is horrible. I then waited 15 minutes for tater tots. Which were undercooked. I drove 25-30 minutes home to realize I never got my card back. I called to say. “Hey I was the person with the wrong order issue. I don’t think I got my card back. “ only to rudely told “I gave it back to you or else it would be right here and it’s not.” Something as simple as “I’ll keep and eye out for it for you. But no I’m sorry I don’t see it. I’ll give you a call if we find it.” Not being rudely told I probably dropped it. This was all over a horrible experience. The customer service sucks.
