I understand that it's just a dollar tree but today was a Wednesday and I had to get a couple things and I ran into some really nice people in the store. One of the cashiers was so funny and smooth he had everyone in the store laughing. Really good Vibes.
This review reflects the incredibly poor customer service provide by the older woman whose name tag reflected Eulestein. This woman was not only frowning non stop as she interacted with assisting another customer, but she also greeted me with the same angry looking attitude. This woman should not be working in retail because her disposition is horrible. Take note Dollar Tree of whom you hire and how they respond to your customers. It's a poor reflection on your brand.
Would give 0 if possible. Refused us to shop for a present for my nephew's birthday. He would have bee. 5 today. The o ly thing i can get him is a toy or balloon that he can never play with but instead i was met with a rude cashier telling me we had to leave even though we have mask exemptions. I will never shop at ANY dollar tree again. Not just this location. If the company cannot train their employees with the correct information on how to deal with thing's they shouldn't be in business.
I called to see if the store had any empty boxes because I’m looking to move. The manager answered the phone and told me to come down there and they could see. I live 15 mins away...so I asked if they could check before I came THEN he asked somebody that said “No” and he hung up on me.
Shortage of items & less of variety of items compared to other dollar tree making it a waste of time for busy customers. Not very friendly and does not accept exchange. Would recommend shopping at a different location
