This review & each star are for Louis . It was his 4th day today and he did an amazing job scanning our large purchase . He was forced to restart our check out right when he was about to finish ( a co worker came over & voided what he had done ) Yet Louis stayed calm , kind and thanked us so many times for our patience . Louis , I hope you never lose the spark you have for your job .

Seems like every time I am at Kohl's, I discover something newud83dudd16 They sell more than just clothes, shoes jewelry & accessories! This time, looked through their selection of home decor, seasonal items (Valentine's clothing/pajamas & spring decor currently ud83dudc95), Hallmark greeting cards, luggage & toysud83euddf8 They have sanitization stations throughout the store & ask that you not drink directly from the water fountains near the restrooms. Store staff is friendly & efficientud83dudc4d Parking is usually easyud83dude98

They have closed off one set of doors and now it is not convenient for returns.nIf you are disabled or have health reasons and can’t walk from one end of store and back don’t go.nThis inconvenience is not only bad for people with disabilities but also for those that need to be able to get in and out quickly.nWe will no longer shop there as if we need to return anything or only want to be on that side of store it is not accessible or convenient.
