I have been getting my birthday cakes from here for YEARS! ALWAYS delicious, ALWAYS great looking and I have never had a single bad experience! Highly recommend for any birthday or special occasion!

Please consider looking elsewhere. Reviews made this place sound amazing, however I received a cake with the incorrect design. To make matters worse the customer service is non-existent.nnI ordered a cake to celebrate a family member’s 80TH birthday and did not feel good about the purchase at all. First, when placing the order I asked if I could receive confirmation of the design I requested and was told, “We don’t do that here.” in a condescending tone. That should’ve been my first sign considering I had no idea what the cake was going to look like, yet they required a 50% deposit.nnNext, when I went to pick up the cake, I was beyond disappointed. The design was no where near what I requested. I received a flower design instead of the music notes and microphone that I asked for. The happy birthday banner looked like it was written by a twelve year old. There were also cracks in the frosting. I attempted to resolve the matter by reaching out to the bakery. They told me they would have to call me back so they could look into the matter further. I called back to follow-up since it’d been over an hour with no call and they were closing soon. An employee rudely told me, “We don’t have a manager but the owner will get back to you at some point. She’s at home with her kids.” The lack of professionalism was amazing! You would think that small business such as this would be a little more grateful and appreciative of the business they receive. Especially considering COVID has likely reduced their business a little.nnI was left with the wrong cake the same day of the birthday celebration, with no time to find a replacement. I thought surely the taste would make up for the cake’s sad appearance. Wrong! The frosting was insanely sweet with absolutely no flavor and incredibly gritty. How do you make a cake with terrible frosting?!nnAlthough they were trying to be polite about it, I could tell my guests didn’t really enjoy the cake. How embarrassing is that?! I was left with practically an entire cake left over and the feeling of wasting a ridiculous amount of money. If I wanted a bogus cake I could’ve went to Walmart and honestly I may have been better off.nnThe manager, Aleira (not sure of spelling), refused to resolve the situation even after admitting getting the order completely wrong. Her only offer was to give me $50 to come back. Why would I want to come back after a horrible experience?! At this point I’m left believing the manager is illiterate, considering she read the email I sent back to me which confirmed my design choice. I’ve even attempted to speak with the owner, but apparently she’s never in the shop. I’m guessing she just leaves her horribly trained employees to run her business into the ground.

Please please do your self and wallets a favor and don’t waste your time nor $150++ to come here for themed birthday cakes. We decided to do a Cocomelon themed first birthday for our daughter and they claimed they could recreate our photo inspiration. If you are not familiar with something, Google is your friend. There are so many google images and search results on what Cocomelon is and what the Baby JJ looks like. The picture I posted is the end result of this VERY expensive cake that we paid for. I put a toy figurine on the cake to compare what Baby JJ looks like versus what this bakery actually produced and made us pay for. When we brought up our concerns and how the whole point is the theme and this cake does not reflect the theme, the only resolution they could come up with was a $5 store credit certificate because they left off the #1 from our photo inspiration. They also tried to justify their work by stating in our photo inspiration, Baby JJ was a “toy”. Their work was so bad, we had to take off the center guy and add a toy figurine to make it look better. Do you actually think we would come back for a return visit with a $5 store credit? I would not recommend them even if they were the last bakery standing in Georgia.

Cashiers were nice although they were not familiar with a credit process and the manager wasn't on duty at the time. Ordered 36 cupcakes for the Thanksgiving holiday. Order was based on a prior product purchase from last year which was really good.

Visited near twelve, it was not full. The bill was reasonable I would say.
