8 times out of 10 they get my order wrong. I've nicely asked the manager why this keeps happening but he never does anything about it because it continues to be a problem. Unfortunately, it seems the staff and management do not care at this location.
Wonderful and newly renovated. There are 2 self-service kiosks to order from as well. Nice little spot for hot doughnuts. ud83dude03ud83dudc4d
Very rude manager!!!nI have never been so shocked in my life. I was waiting in line this morning and I heard the manager of this store (Tony is what he said his name was) be down right rude to a customer who was asking a question. I am in customer service myself and the way the manager handled that customer was very rude and showed little to no customer service skills. I recommend that you train managers throughly on how to treat a customer with respect. I didn’t hear the customer yell or be rude back all I heard was him ask a question and Tony the manager became very combative and rude. I will not be visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts again!
Staff are friendly, LOVE ud83dudc95 the new renovations but they need more electrical outlets for laptops and devices.
Like the new setup inside. Looking forward to spending more time when I'm comfortable eating in restaurants!
