I walked in this morning with my son and got a variety box and the lady was so pleasant and welcoming! I was really impressed before tasting the cookies. After taking the cookies, I want to get all of my ginger snaps here from now on! What an amazing experience and product! The customer service is 7 stars!!!!!

What a wonderful family to use their experience with the devastating side effects of cancer treatment to develop a product for other people suffering through the agonizing nausea caused by chemo. When I entered their beautiful store in Sandy Springs to buy cookies for my sister who has cancer, I was greeted by the daughter, of the innovator, who was the inspiration for the store. She was so kind and helpful. Their many products are so beautifully packaged and are so tasty. If you know anyone with cancer or any other reason that requires cheering up, I can tell you these cookies will put a huge smile on their face.

Cookies, packaging, and hospitality are all over-the-top WONDERFUL! As soon as we entered the store, we could smell the delicious gingersnap cookies. The owner warmly greeted us and was so friendly, so enthusiastic about her great products. We sampled several different flavors of cookies and purchased a container of the original flavor, which we enjoyed later in the day. As nice as it would be to give packages of these great cookies as gifts, it's even better to keep them at home to EAT! It's good to know that Susansnaps will ship anywhere and everywhere. We were impressed with all the national accolades and publicity they have received (proof was on a bulletin board on the wall). Susansnaps is located in a non-descript building on Hilderbrand Drive in Sandy Springs (near the IHOP on Roswell Road), but they are well worth a visit ... and often!

These are the absolute best cookies I've ever eaten. I have them all the time with tea and they are excellent for gifts and entertainment.
