Great staff. Quick process.
My mother purchased a living room suite from this location 3 years ago. It was really nice at first but in March there were tears in the leather. The location was closed due to Covid. She attempted several times to have the issue resolved and was met with opposition and contempt. The latest stunt was pulled by the current manager who removed my mother's review and tried to call and chastise her for telling the truth about their business practices. We will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the City commission of Rome to ensure that this never happens again. The attempt to call to harass and intimidate a good customer was in very poor taste.
I was given the time frame of 12pm to 4pm and the delivery guys finally showed up at 8pm. One guy was great the other had someone come and pick him up during our delivery leaving one guy by his self to finish the job. My husband and sister in law had to assist him in completing Assembly. Then my kids dresser was not included in shipment so now after spending an entire day waiting for delivery we still don’t have all of our furniture. The furniture is nice quality and sturdy, but I feel like this store in particular needs better customer service communication.
Great staff and great selection. Was very easy in and out and no issues. With Covid I wish I could have had delivery and install but hey beggars can’t be choosers and also got a great deal on a bedroom set for my son
