Kelly, the owner, was fantastic help. She is very knowledgeable and was able to meet all of our needs. The prices and quality of the mattresses are great! She also gave a military discount for our accessories that were purchased in addition to the bed and box spring. Highly recommend The Big Mattress Outlet for your mattress needs!
This is amazing place to purchase a mattress! Staff are wonderful and so much help. They don’t push a purchase on you and they will let you look around without trying to get you to purchase before you leave. They are very helpful with all questions you have about what you are purchasing. I wasn’t expecting to purchase today but did because their mattresses are very affordable and great quality. Tons to choose from. Will definitely be back again and will send all my friends their way!
Brady has been so helpful in picking out a mattress. We've been here multiple times the past few days looking at different options.
