Jody was awesome! Very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and helped me find the mattress I needed in no time. Feeling comfortable about my decision is just as important to me as the comfort of the mattress itself so I was thankful to have Jody's help. Also more affordable than I was thinking. Jody was AWESOME to deal with. She made buying sleep products so easy! The two guys that delivered my new mattress and picked up the old called to let us know that they were on the way, arrived just minutes after they called and did a GREAT job! Bedzzz Express has some awesome employees! We will definitely be doing business with them again! In addition to that the mattress sleeps soooo good!
I was very disappointed when my bed was not delivered when the salesman told me that it would. The owner contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and told me he would make it right. I appreciate the effort and time that him and his manager put into making things right. This shows you that they care about there customers. Thank you for great customer service.
Jody made shopping for my new mattress a pleasant experience, she was both helpful and friendly. Jody answered my questions and she asked questions to get an idea of what I needed/wanted. The Delivery Guys were both respectful and courteous. Overall a positive experience.
