First of all - we finally got a full education on mattresses and sleeping and the benefits of choosing correctly. Nick was excellent and showed a true passion for what he does. We appreciate that. We were only there to look and try out but because of his expertise and knowledge we ended up buying. We will be back for our next one as well. Thank you!!

I want to say how thankful and blessed I was to be able to buy a mattress from Mattress Firm but more importantly from Bentley. He definitely knew his facts about a mattress and helped my husband and I pick out the perfect one. He wasn’t pushy like most salesmen are and he focused on making sure we got what we needed and not what he thought he could get us to buy. He was very friendly and I would recommend anyone to buy a mattress from him. I am a firm believer in customer service and he surpassed my expectations. Keep up the great work Bentley and thank you for helping us get what we need!!! You’re the best!!!

Today was a blessing and my mattress representative Nick was more than amazing. Not only did I leave the store with a mattress I feel was designed just for me. I also left with a new brother in Christ. Nick's spirit was God sent and on time. He not only knows the mattresses, but he makes sure to get to know the customer. If you are in need of a mattress or just encouraging words stop by and see Nick. I promise you will not be disappointed. Nick keep being the God fearing man you are and don't change. Went in on Saturday to purchase a King mattress with my girlfriend on Saturday. Bentley, the manager, was working and thank goodness because he was incredible to work with. He has the best attitude, but more importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable about his products. He did not try to sell the most expensive mattress. He listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out the best mattress and base. Cannot recommend this store or Bentley enough.

Very clean and easy to get around. The associate who helped me was polite and informative, and she was not pushy. It was a very easy process to purchase and set up delivery. Great experience!
