By far the worst experience I have ever had with T-Mobile! Don't waste your time at this place. They don't have any of the phones in stock, the guys there were rude. They sent me up the road to the other T-Mobile store. I was able to get helped at that location and get the phones I wanted. I will never go to this location again. All of the employees need to be retrained! The manager too, I think her name was Melissa.

Omg, so, I was on the fence with my current provider and I went to the sprint store just for some answers to see if they could provide what I needed at a certain price. They answered ALL of my questions and were super friendly despite my weirdness. They have very good pricing at the time of this posting and I paid $200 less than what I was originally quoted(legit, no lie). However there may not be the case for everyone. Shoutout to Melissa (give her a raise please) her customer service skills were key in the sale and switch. Overall, would recommended 10/10.
