I had a problem with T-Mobile billing....an associate named Emily recognized the error very quickly and also FIXED THE PROBLEM very quickly....!! Totally satisfied....!! Emily works at the Rome, Georgia T-Mobile store at 205 Turner McCall Blvd. and she is excellent...!!
The staff and manager were amazing. By far a better experience than the other location. Alex the manager made sure I was taken care of after my experience at the other store. I will be back for my new apple watch soon!
Today the guy working is a real smart mouth amd dont need to be working there. Thank God the sweet lady come outta the back to help
