Love Panera bread. The freshness of food at the Rome location can be hit or miss though. Since COVID-19, I’ve only ordered curbside pickup which is a great, safe option! I typically place orders 4-6 times a month and have never had a terrible experience or a botched order. Staff is usually friendly in the brief seconds it takes to hand the food through my car window.

Well, I never thought I would have to write this but today pushed me over the limit. Today I was looking for a quick and easy lunch for my kids since they were off of school. We decided the best option was Panera. I ordered and specifically stated that I wanted no sauce/mustard on any of the sandwiches I ordered. Apparently they decided to wake up today and ruin our lunch. My daughter has an extreme allergy to many sauces including mustard. Luckily I checked her sandwich and saw the mustard. My daughter was very sad and this was not the first time the occurred. I don’t know if we will end up returning, but this experience has made me very upset and if we do return I guess I will have to make it even more clear that I don’t want any sauce. Please pay more attention to what your customers order.

Pretty decent eatery. Staff in kitchen should wear hair nets.nnI had to repost here on a previous post-since I could not find where to post another review. Bri sweetheart-please take your gloves off in between customers and when you touch the register. You guys want people to comply with your rules to walk across the store to use an exit door, but cannot change gloves in order to keep your customers safe. In addition, I saw three customers walk in/out with no mask. Shame on you Panera......
