My daughter's 7th birthday is today. The bakery we ordered cupcakes at for her classmates forgot to make the order. We ran over to Publix and found some goodies so she didn't go to school empty-handed. Vic sung my daughter Happy Birthday at the register in a Donald Duck voice. Thank you for turning a sour morning sweet! (Side note: I STILL GOT MY KIDS TO SCHOOL ON TIME!) Publix for the win!
Itzy was rude we had a separation bar up and apparently she reached over and got our drink. The woman in front us us said at the same time that is not mine and I said that is our drink. Itzy rolled her eyes and made a ugh sound. I was actually showed because it was a simple fix and she actually made the mistake by not looking down and just grabbing stuff. She said well it must've fell over. The woman on register 6 at 8:30 made people get out of line that had been waiting because she said she was closed but her light was on. She reached over after she said that to them and turned her light off. They had to move over to other registers and I know they have been standing there for some time because I was in line right beside them in the other line waiting. I've never experienced this at a Publix. Very disappointed :( we don't even shop here but we stopped for my grandfather on the way home. Thank goodness I won't be back here. March 26, 2021
If you shop here regularly you have significant disposable income. I've been in here I think three or four times ever. This time I went all out and got a hand basket. I felt so high rolling. Bread, butter, hummus, and a bag of mini-kit kats. $32
The layout of the store flows in away to allow you to get your most wanted items easily and efficiently. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
What a nice store. Had everything I needed. Also while taking out the groceries noticed an employee outside taking baskets back, take off running. Something fell out of the shopping cart that the shopper didn't notice but employee did. He picked up the item and took off like Santa's helper to return the item to the shopper. Well done!
