Had what I needed, we're home Depot did not
They will not give veterans discount unless you're registered with them so they can send you spam, no thanks. I'll continue shopping at home depot , there you only have to show your ID card to get a 10 percent discount
Customer service was great. Employee did excellent work trying to find what I needed but no luck so he got another Employee just to make sure it wasn't there. I really do enjoy the employees at this Lowe's location.
We bought some home improvement items and a refrigerator. There was a price change on paint that we got in the already mixed and returned. So we had to wait for a manger. The cashier had to call for a manager (over the loud speaker) 9 different times once even using 3 managers names. I then ended up calling out to my wife in the parking lot to get a manager on the phone and send them to the aisle I was waiting at for 20 plus minutes it was ridiculous! A manger happened to be outside talking to someone. She then came inside to help. She apologized and then did offer compensation. She is the only reason this isn't a 1 star!!!nI can't believe how long it took to get help from a manager! When at least 3 were there... and the cashier's co-workers (3 different ones) literally said (one of the Male named managers) was just sitting in the back doing nothing, unbelievable!!!
I frequently go to Lowe's, they do have generally helpful and knowledgeable people working there. The only area I suggest they could improve in is having more employees for faster service.
