I went to mattress firm looking for a box spring for my queen bed and came out with an amazing deal on an adjustable base (that I didn’t know about) for my new nectar mattress. This sale wouldn’t have been possible without Asia’s amazing customer service. She was patient with me and helped me find the right base to fit all my needs. She also recommended services that would benefit me in the long run! This location will always have my business and support because of staff members like Asia! Today I felt good about my purchase and I’m glad I was informed about every detail before I could make my decision.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Travis today at Mattress Firm. He was so patient with us and answered any questions we had about the products in store. He worked with our budget and we ended up walking out with the exact mattress we hoped for. He is very knowledgeable about the variations between the different mattresses and pillows, and was also very detailed as far as what we should expect when it comes to trials and warranties. Can’t fail to mention he has a great personable attitude with each customer. We will definitely return to this mattress firm for any mattress or pillows that we may need.
Excellent service and hospitality!!nMe and my wife walked in looking for a new mattress... Mrs. Asia helped us get the mattress we NEEDED and helped us stay in our price range! She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about her job. Very friendly and we did not feel rushed to pick something we really didn't want.nnSo why 4 stars and not 5? Well, Ill tell you. We opted for delivery of our mattress and adjustable base. Earliest delivery was in 2 day. When our mattress and base showed up the gentlemen set it up. BUT, our adjustable base was damaged. So they took it back and sent us another. It took another 2 to 3 days. Very inconvenient, not Mrs. Asia's fault, it was the warehouses fault. If it wasn't for that incident, it would have been 5 stars.
I can’t wait to get my bed delivered!!! The sales managers name was Asia she was so helpful and nice. She made my experience so exciting with her conversation and knowledge of all the different mattress options she was presenting. I’m a very indecisive person and she was extremely patient with me in the process of making my decision. I give her customer service a 10/10 I’m super excited to get a great nights rest in my new bed.
While the staff was super friendly and welcoming, the prices okay, and the showroom in good shape, we were told our mattress would come in today, only to find out after I disassembled and removed my current bed, and had already built my new bed (larger) that the mattress hadn't come in and they didn't know with certainty when it would. The next scheduled delivery is supposed to be three days from now. So here I am, setting up my old bed in the Living room (because big bed is already assembled in my room) and will be sleeping there with my wife for possibly a few days. Thanks, guys! Next time, don't make a promise you're not sure you can keep!
