The store itself is a great place to shop. It would get 5 stars any other time but today the cashier was more than rude with an attitude that they didnt want to be there. Even snatching an item out of my wife's hand.
I have NEVER visited a Ross store as empty as this one! It was so bad to the point where you could see the bare walls, racks and shelves of the store. I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. I wished I would have took pictures but I was too stunned at how awful the store looked! The staff were not welcoming at all. I was so disappointed because I love shopping at Ross and I was excited that I had one 5 minutes way. However, I doubt I will come back to this location. I'm a big believer of first impressions and this one was not a great one!!
The lines are long and slow during Christmas time, but the merchandise is pretty good.
Bought some nice shoes and clothes good prices
Quiet location. Well priced gift ideas, if you are willing to put in the time to look carefully.
