Very slow service, waited behind 1 person for 20 minutes. 4 employees working on 1 order and no one else on the register. Their health score is pretty low, too. Won't be going there again.
Great service even early in the morning. Love using the app to pay and get free drinks and other app only promotions
The service here was quick and easy. My bagel was served well and the coffee was flavor right. Plus, ice cream! Wheelchair accessibility is easy.
Waited in line nearly 10 minutes and still had not gotten to the window for my order. I left the line and called them ask him why they're moving so slow I was told they're moving pretty fast I said no I've been sitting here 10 minutes they then finally explained they put together a wrong order and having to redo it. They should tell that customer to please move ahead what I fixed their mistake and then complete our orders. Or offer us a discount for such a wait Won't be visiting this location again soon
I have been coming to this Dunkin almost everyday for years until today. My order does not change much but when I pay $4.08 for large drink and what you get is a whole cup of ice with a little bit coffee poured on top it's highly expensive. I requested for another coffee they charged me again after my complaint. Then they manage to get my drink wrong. So I returned the drink and requested my refund. I will no longer visit this Dunkin. This DUNKIN HAS SUNKEN!
