**Update** 10/12/20nnSpoke with Sophia tilted unknown (assume management or higher) on 10/7/20. She was empathetic and apologetic for the treatment my husband and I had endured with our delivery. She set us up for delivery the next morning and the two delivery gentlemen Lane and Idris were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient with our delivery! We finally received our order although not when expected I was happy JB Hunt rectified this situation!!!nn**Original Post 10/5/20***This company is the third party company that Peloton has decided to utilize to deliver for them since they are overwhelmed with orders. This company is extremely unprofessional our delivery date was changed three times and they no call no showed! When I reached to find out where our order was there was no apology just an excuse that we had not been placed on the delivery list for that day. To make matters worst my husband and I took off of work to ensure we received our order, to no call no show is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We have now received another date over 1.5 months out (late November) which is not making up for their error. When I spoke with one of their leads she was extremely unprofessional and I didn’t seem empathetic to our issue. Again no apology on the behalf of this company! I don’t trust them and I have made PELOTON aware this company is tarnishing their reputation. Did not deliver my goods at the promised time due to a last minute cancellation (after they called to tell me they were on the way). Management was rude and unhelpful (including hanging up on me, offering a delivery date almost 2 weeks in the future and cutting me off multiple times). Did not deliver the goods on time, rude and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed and amazed this company still has professional partners for logistics and delivery services.

As it relates to delivery installation service.....nnSome PPE would be appreciated.nnIf continuing to deliver during a pandemic, plz provide employees with appropriate equipment.nnNo gloves. No masks. No booties, over shoes when entering our home.nnEspecially when representing Costco, a retailer we actually trust.

This company sucks. Cancelled last minute. Do not use them. They do not even pick up when you call. Take your business elsewhere. You will be disappointed.
